We organize both experiences centered on outdoor sports and life in the open air, and those dedicated to relaxation & well-being, also ranging through craft workshops and food and wine moments.

Excursions
For all of you, who want to discover the area together with our team of sporting people, who are passionate about outdoor sports and nature, we organize tailor-made excursions, for adults and children, for groups and individuals.
Ask for information about our summer experiences in kayaks, our days at sea for snorkeling, trekking in the mountains, sailing trips, mountain biking, walks with snowshoes on the snow in winter.
Our area is also suitable for climbing and a few kilometres away it is possible to do mountaineering and in winter, the more adventurous, can try their hand at off-piste skiing and alpine skiing.
Cascina Fogona has a team of hiking guides, MTB guides, diving guides and professional instructors who will accompany you along the routes and will help you experience some unforgettable hours. Our territory offers unique landscapes, between sea and mountains, still authentic routes, so much so that it is recognized as one of the most popular European destinations for outdoor sports.
KAYAK
Rental
Thanks to the collaboration with the tour operator Cribyoo, a travel company specializing in outdoor experiences and adventurous holidays, it is possible to rent equipment for some sports, to be practiced in nature.

Wellness
Our Cascina has a large room that our guests have often used for yoga or meditation sessions. Even the surroundings of the structure, immersed in nature, are suitable for moments of rest and relaxation.
Upon reservation, we organize yoga lessons or meditation courses and we are available to host small groups for weekends or masterclasses.
Thanks to the collaboration with some wellness professionals and massage therapists, we can organize and book massages.
Culture & Food and Wine
We also organize cultural tours and food and wine tastings to discover the traditions, tastes and beauties of our territory. Our area is ideal for both art and history lovers and for explorers of good wine and good food.
Pigato, Granaccia, Vermentino, Rossese, Lumassina … these are just some of the historic vines of Western Liguria that blend harmoniously with local dishes.
In about half an hour you can also reach the production area of Barolo, one of the greatest red wines in Italy and in the world.
Altare is recognized worldwide for the ancient art of glass blowing, a visit to the local museum and to the artisans who still work in the village is a must.
Workshop
There are some days when you want to learn something new, perhaps useful, linked to the tradition and history of a territory. Alternatively, you want to take home an experience to share with your friends, to remember with loved ones, with children.
